| A/P Duties: Post invoices, print checks, prepare, analyze and reconcile various A/P reports.|
A/R Duties: Post cash receipts, proactively work with customers to avoid/reduce past due amounts and payment discrepancies, prepare invoicing to customer and vendors.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
Create depreciation and amortization schedules.
File monthly state tax returns.
Process and reconcile employee expense reports and credit cards on a monthly basis.
Fixed asset depreciation and reconciling schedules.
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, budgeting, and other financial reports.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and other job related duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Previous years related experience and/or training.
Working knowledge of Windows and Windows file structure.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM preferred.
Experience in healthcare, technology or related fields a plus.
Knowledge of finance administration and accounting principles and practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Keyboard and 10-key proficiency.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
